At TinyMinyTot, we offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping

    3-5 business days

    Free on orders over $50

    $4.99 for orders under $50

  • Express Shipping

    2-3 business days

    $9.99 flat rate

  • Next Day Delivery

    Next business day (order by 12pm)

    $14.99 flat rate

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. For international shipping options, please contact our customer service team.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your TinyMinyTot account and viewing your order history
  • Contacting our customer service team with your order number

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasionally delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Customs clearance for certain locations

If you notice any unusual delay in your shipment, please contact us and we'll help track your package.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@tinyminytot.com
  • We can only change the address if the order hasn't been processed yet
  • For orders already shipped, we cannot redirect the package

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes for Standard Shipping only. Express and Next Day Delivery require a physical address.

Same-day delivery is currently available in select metropolitan areas. Please check at checkout to see if your address qualifies.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products, and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.

Yes! We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
