Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. For international shipping options, please contact our customer service team.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:

- Logging into your TinyMinyTot account and viewing your order history

Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasionally delays may occur due to:

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

- We can only change the address if the order hasn't been processed yet
- For orders already shipped, we cannot redirect the package
