Returns & Refunds Policy

At TinyMinyTot, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, which is why we've created a straightforward returns and refunds policy.
Return Eligibility
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
Initiate Your Return
Log into your TinyMinyTot account and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click "Return Items". Alternatively, contact our customer support team at returns@tinyminytot.com.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include all parts, accessories, and free gifts that came with the purchase.
Ship Your Return
Attach the prepaid return shipping label to your package (if provided) and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier. If a prepaid label wasn't provided, ship the package to our returns center at the address provided in your return confirmation.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. This typically takes 3-5 business days, and you'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Refund Information
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
Refund Amount
You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Store Credit Option
If you prefer, you can opt to receive your refund as store credit, which will include an additional 10% bonus to use on future purchases.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Personal care items that have been opened
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage for verification purposes. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
International Returns
For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please contact our customer support team for specific instructions regarding international returns.
Marketplace Purchases
Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
Please note that TinyMinyTot cannot accept returns for items purchased from other marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). If you purchased a TinyMinyTot product from another marketplace or retailer, you must follow that marketplace's return policy and procedures.
Items purchased from other marketplaces but returned to TinyMinyTot directly will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
For returns to other marketplaces:
- Log into your account on the marketplace where you made the purchase
- Locate your order and select the return option
- Follow the marketplace's specific return instructions
- Use the shipping label provided by the marketplace
